Do you find yourself struggling with everyday muscular pain?

Whether you’re an office worker, plumber, taxi driver or just about anything in-between and struggling with muscular aches and pains; sports or deep tissue massage can help you. I also work with athletes who are looking to improve their performance too.

Sports or deep tissue massage are therapies that can help anyone, and the benefits include the reduction of muscle tension, maintaining muscle health, aiding and improving performance or simply helping you to relax.

About me

My name is Chloe and I was first introduced to Sports Massage while studying Sports, Health and Science at the University of East Anglia and from there I went on to complete a year studying with the London School of Sports Massage, qualifying with a Level 5 Diploma in 2014.

I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from athletes preparing for competition to desk-based workers who suffer with everyday pain across their back and shoulders.

Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic massage

This is a treatment designed to help remove any excess fluid in the body. This is ideal for people who experience fluid build-up in places like the legs or stomach due to health or inflammation. By using a very gentle massage technique to help move fluid and clear the lymph nodes we can hopefully take down any fluid retention.
